Exceptional service and truthfully an honest contender to the best repair shop experience i have ever had. I don't live in Boulder City but i got a flat there, had enough air to Google tire repair and roll in here, saw that my rear was pretty torn and needed a replacement, Drew here was but only knowledgeable, but also super awesome, he had to order a New because i have larger aftermarket tires and so he plugged the tire and send me on the way, first thing next am i was back and got the new tire installed in less than 20 minutes, only complaint i have is that i wish this shop was closer to Henderson. Definitely recommend this place.
Recently my teen son took his 1995 Toyota truck into Ralph's to have fluid changes and to see why the vehicle was stalling. Drew and the crew took very good care of him and found the problem that we were stumped with. All along, not gouging him! We take all our vehicles to Ralph's and have always had a good experience. They even dropped us off at home, in Boulder City and picked us up when finished! We don't need to go anywhere else! Thanks Drew and Ralph's 5 stars!
I have always found Ralph's Tire Pro's to be a skilled, reasonably priced service provider for my tow vehicle and my motorhome. They continually keep my coach and car safe by performing preventive and routine maintenance, and service is timely and priced right for my Ford E 450 Chassis on the motorhome, including its tires chassis, and tires for my personal vehicles. Definitely recommend their service and their skills!
I have known Ralph and his family since I was a kid. My family has taken all of their vehicles to Ralph's. They are honest, fair, and their work is reliable.
